Then grab a booth at our 3rd annual Do it for Declan 5K and Fun Run event!
We hope that this will become a favorite annual event for many in the Wylie community and surrounding areas. It will be family friendly, and we welcome vendors who want to enjoy the fun as they engage with race patrons and attendees. Please help us support our event and the Cure Sanfilippo Foundation in Declan’s name by becoming a vendor. You will have a notable presence at the event and have your logo/link on our website and all social media. This is a unique opportunity to grow your business, have face to face engagement with the community, and make a positive difference in the fight against Sanfilippo. Vendors do not have to be sponsors or donors. Come be a part of our 3rd annual event. We can't wait to see you there!
VENDOR REQUIREMENTS AND INFORMATION

Vendor hours are from 7:30am - 11:00am.

Vendors can set up from 6:30am - 7:30am.

Vendor spaces are 10'x10'

You are to supply your own tent, table, and chairs.

If you plan to sell directly from your booth, you are solely responsible for reporting taxes due to the state on your sales.

Food sales are required to contact the Collin County Environmental Services office in McKinney to inquire about temporary/short term event food services/health permit.

Cure Sanfilippo Foundation is not responsible for the contents of your booth whether it be loss, damage or theft. Each booth is the responsibility of the vendor and must be manned at all times by the vendor or by a delegated individual. Vendors will hold harmless the Cure Sanfilippo Foundation and all representatives from all liability in connection with participating in the event.
